Dr. Lavrin graduated from the Harvard Orthodontic program and then moved back to Melbourne, Australia. Having been certified in Invisalign treatment when it was first released to market in 1999, he was one of the first orthodontists to bring the technology to Australia.
He has treated with the Invisalign appliance for almost 20 years and teaches in the Asia-Pacific region at conferences, Summits, MasterClasses, webinars and also the Future Elite course, being a 1 year program for orthodontists. He also assists with aligner teaching in the orthodontic programs at the University of Melbourne and the University of Western Australia.
Dr. Lavrin is in practice with his wife, Dr. Sarah Lawrence at Lavrin and Lawrence Orthodontics. They have Blue Diamond status, treating about 80% of their patients with the Invisalign appliance including adults, teens and kids. The practice has two locations employing about 35 team members.
