The truth is… It’s NOT about the price. It’s NOT that they don’t want the treatment. It’s about the relationship. It’s about understanding the patient’s wants and desires – and then showing them how you can get them what they want.

In fact, many TC’s unknowingly sabotage their attempts at starting a patient on Invisalign treatments. Patients don’t end up accepting Invisalign treatments because the staff are actively making it more difficult to sign up for!
